What We Do
We start off with providing a postive and friendly place to get fit. Our instructors and trainers are here to help you reach your fitness goals. We are more than just a gym, we are a tribe. We band together, root for eachother and make everyone feel welcome!
Come in and enjoy our cordial service and staff as you have your choice of cardiovascular machines, free weights, weight machines and indoor track. Take part in a class like Boot Camp, Spinning or Zumba. Gain mind-body wellness with Yoga at 2nd Street Yoga Studio, downtown at 128 N. 2nd St. Or take the time to relax and recover with a massage at the yoga studio.
