CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



Here at Peak Fitness, we strive to provide an atmosphere which is comfortable for everyone. Thus, we have a wide variety of classes for our members to attend.



bootcamp 40



This 30-40 minute class uses a variety of equipment including weights, bands, balance balls, steps and more to ensure a quality workout. Don't let the name intimidate you, come and try a class. A consistent bootcamp routine will have you in the best shape of your life!​



total body sculpt



Come and find your strength with this amazing lifting class. Coordinated movements aligned with music is sure to get you sweating and shredded! ​



friday finisher



Finish your week off with a total body workout. Using barbells and dumbbells this class is ideal for those looking to get lean, fit, and toned. It is a slow paced class which highlights proper weight lifting form and movement.



Circuit



A circuit class which aims to hit all areas of the body. Circuit Wednesdays are offered as a "come when you can and stay as long as you please" class. This class is for ANY and ALL fitness levels and will leave you feeling accomplished.



zumba



Fun, funky and fresh! Zumba is a wonderful way to shred calories to your favorite dance songs. With simple yet fun coreographed moves our instructors will lead you through a sweat inducing good time! Get your Zumba on!



spinning



Using our fantastic spin stationary bikes this class provides a great sweat. The routines range from endurance, to strength to intervals! Saddle up and bring your smile.



cardio craze



For those looking to make those cardio gains! This class incorporates various equipment and agility moves to keep your heart rate up and your cardiovascular health improved



young at heart



Bootcamp with a slightly slower pace injected with tons of fun and flair. Designed for the slightly less mobile clientele!
