Small Group Training is a group training program that offers unique training styles in a setting that allows adequate attention to each individual. It is like having the attention of a personal trainer while being able to crush goals with your friends.
1 Hour Personal Training
This is where you get the one-on-one attention from a Personal Trainer. Each session is designed to highlight proper form and program development. Work with your trainer to build confidence in the gym and better understand proper fitness.
.5 Hour Personal Training
Same benefits as a full 1 hour session, yet a shorter amount of contact with your trainer. This is ideal for the individual who is new to the gym and may want to start slow.
